Agreement and rental protocols.

Aadhaar Card and valid Driving Licence are mandatory. Security deposit is required before vehicle handover. Original vehicle documents/RC will be verified. Customer is responsible for fuel, tolls, parking charges and traffic fines during the rental period. Vehicle must be returned on time and in the same condition.

Codetoli/CRTC does not own or operate any vehicles, nor is it a party to your rental contract. As such, CRTC is completely absolved of any liabilities, damages, financial disputes, missing refunds, or legal/criminal circumstances arising directly or indirectly from your rental journey with The car club.
