1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to CRTC (Codetoli Rental Technology Cloud), operated by Codetoli ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our software as a service (SaaS) platform provided at selfdrivecar.codetoli.in (the "Service"). By creating an account or using our platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer of Liability

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: CRTC (Codetoli) acts strictly as a technology software provider (SaaS). We provide digital infrastructure (websites and admin panels) for independent vehicle rental operators to manage their business. We do NOT own, operate, or verify any of the vehicles, operators, or end-users.

We simply connect people through software. Therefore, Codetoli / CRTC is NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANYTHING including but not limited to: vehicle condition, accidents, customer disputes, refunds, unpaid rentals, damage to vehicles, or any legal / criminal liabilities resulting from real-world rentals. All contracts are directly between the renter and the independent fleet operator.

3. Operator Responsibilities

As a fleet operator using CRTC, you agree that you are fully responsible for running your business legally. This includes procuring valid insurance, verifying customer identification, obtaining necessary commercial permits (like Black and Yellow number plates in India), and resolving any consumer complaints. You must not use our platform for illegal operations.

4. Subscription, Payments, and Zero Commission

We charge a flat subscription fee for the use of our software. We do NOT charge commissions on your bookings. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring cycle. Access to the software may be suspended if subscription fees fall into arrears. We reserve the right to change our subscription tiers and pricing with a 30-day prior notice.

5. Data Ownership and Termination

Your fleet data and customer data belong entirely to you. You may export your customer data at any time. You can cancel your subscription whenever you wish with no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your public-facing website will be taken offline, and your data may be permanently deleted after 90 days from the cancellation date.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Codetoli, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, your violation of any third-party rights, or any disputes between you and your rental end-customers.
